Became top goalscorer for Npower League 2 of all time with 32 goals. I found numerous great english regens but this one achieved the most.

He's quality.

I've signed this guy for my squad, but I was thinking is he more suited as a AML playing inside forward, an AMR playing as a winger or as a Poacher striker?

Inside forward AML I'd say. He's already familiar to the position and lacks the aerial ability of a striker. Make sure you give him individual finishing training though and maybe long shots if finishing is high enough.
You could also use him as an AMR winger, though his teamwork is not spectacular and could use some individual training on crossing

I found another player for whom I need advice, his skills are quite good, but he's missing the speed of a winger, the finising of a striker and the flair of a good AMC, can someone help me pick a role for him?

Great aerial ability, so I think you should put him on individual finishing training and use him as a striker. Also his speed is decent for a striker. He should also be a great AMC as only low flair doesn't matter too much when his other stats are great.

Also even though he is great at corners, you might want to consider not using him for corner taking as his aerial ability is so good (unless, of course, all your other players suck at taking corners ;)).

It is also advisable to use Ronaldo or Kaká (if you still have them) to tutor him (Or any other players of whom you think are adequate)

Thanks for responding to my 2 posts, I've put Güler (1st post) on a personal finishing training and according to the Genie Scout his finishing wil now reach 17. This would mean he could be compared to Higuain (except Higuain has a little more finishing but Güler has the physical edge). Will he be an excellent striker then, except for his aerial skills? Khelifa (second post) has great aerial skills but his finishing will never be above 12 :(. I put him on a quickness training and now his acceleration will reach 17 and his pace will reach 16. Because his crossing is great too I think he will be a class winger in attack role, do you think so too?

I think that he'd make a good winger.

I had one in my Liverpool Season, I had Gael Clichy as my Left Back and i had a newgen come through called Tony Weir, I took a risk and played him against Valencia in a friendly and he played well, He got man of the match in his first game, and from then on Gael Clichy couldnt get into my Liverpool Squad, Even though I got sacked I managed to get him for lowly league one side Walsall, for a mesely £150,000 and his stats where awesome
