I agree with I3nnart.

Make him sit out on reserve squad for a month or two...maybe he'll come to his senses. Try selling him under price, let him be someone else's pain in the butt.

This isn't true at all.
I am playing with City and have perfect squad harmony, even the players without regular first team football. Few players wanted to go a bigger club, but with a quick talk and good games I managed to persuade them to stay and be happy in the club. The only problem is that you can't sell any players, coz of the wages in City.
And about Balotely, you can try mutual termination if you cant loan or sell him.
For red cards i always give 1 week fine and so far had no problem with the players.

i have the same problem with wijnaldum, i had gerrard tutoring him. i think they had a fight and gerrard stopped tutoring. i put wijnaldum in the reserve squad so there wouldnt be any problems but players were still complaining. so i put him in the under 18s. whilst doing this i offered him as a free transfer but no-one was interested, i tried mutual termination and termination with no luck. now because i couldnt get rid of him gerrard,torres,neymar and eden hazard are unhappy and want to be tranfer listed...

lol, calm down my friend... it's not an attack... it's just that i see city as evrything that's wrong with todays football... a medioker team, but who snatches way too much talent than they can handle and give them insane wages to come... this makes it harder for other teams to sign players, eaven if they don't play in city... and i know this how it has always been with real and so on... but teams like city and in some sense chelsea (though the seem to have handled it better) rush this so not only the best players like those who real and barca buys, but also mediokre players, get insane wages... much like an uncontrolable inflation...

I didn't thought it was attack, I was just explaining that a good manager always can control his squad even Man City.
I gotta say I agree with you.Clubs like Real Madrid, Chelsea, Man City and probaly the new Malaga, should be learning from clubs like Barcelona, Arsenal and Ajax.

i argee in my experince with this d+ck he is just not woth the trouble,,lucky he nver turns up for training si i fine him 2 weeks wages everytime and he dont cost me anything,,in the first season he was played in about 40 out of 50 games and he wasnt happy, but now no one will pay what i want for him so i cant even get rid of him, shame really he is class, save time get tevez less pain
