Balotelli is making me rage!

Does anyone have a good method to deal with Balotelli? I've had enough of his childish.
The issue began at one match when he got a red card for a rough foul. After that match, I gave him a warning, then he started to complain complain and complain. I tried to talk to him, but useless. Even, several weeks later he began to absent the trainning. I fined him 2 weeks' wage which exacerbated the complaint. He wanted to leave. At first, I rejected. Then the absence continued... I did not dare to fine him anymore, but some of other players get complaint of him. Now, I've put him in the transfer, however, no one wants him. What should I do? I can't talk to him anymore now, and my first choice is to sell this kid, cause I still get Lukaku and Tevez.
Could any mate can help me?

Terminate contract?

Try to put him in exchange-part in one of your transfer, maybe someone will want him in this way.

You'd better not to buy him. Even he is a 4-star wonderkid.

Just throw him in the under 18's dont give him any playing time, and leave him on the list. I know ya wasting a hell of alot of wages by just leaving him to rot but saves your first team moral getting damaged.

i bought mario for 8.5m..he did a wonderful job in the 1st and 2nd season. but now i can't get the best out of him anymore.. btw, i did fine him a 2-week wages for a straight red card, but he never complain. i do think, if u fine any players who get a straight red, they usually will accept it. for me, 2 yellow = red = warning, red carded = fine 2 week wages...

don't make your decisions about discipline regardless of your player's personality. some may complain and some may even react well because of your disciplinary behaviour

i just never buy players with any personality/hiddenattribute - related issues... such things as doesn't preform in big games and problems with preforming at his higest level included, aswell as scoutreports saying that he won't fit in... this has allways been a winning concept for me as it doesn't make any sense brining in players whom might be a problem for the intire club !

thats the same policy i use, most of the players in my kilmarnock team have become quite professional or sportsmanly? because of it and i think in my last season (played 4 now) i have only recieved an average of 0.4 yellows a game and less than 0.1 reds

I have the same method but my players rearly have red cards somthing like 2-3 red cards and like 30 bookings a season.

Thanks for your advice. Now I am making a loan deal with A.C Milan on him which will sustain until the end of the season. But I still want to exchange or sell him. You guys know what, this so-called Italy genius asked me for 85M as default fee when Chelsea wanted him. WTF!!!!!
