Just won the english L2 with a team that should have been fighting off relagation so am dead happy with that. Now i have to decide weather to change my staff as thier contracts are up and a few of my more experience players have contracts running out but they are prob not fit for L1. Feel bad not renewing contracts when players and staff have helped me get promotion - do you guys think i should reward them with new contracts?
I would say that if your players don't fit for L1 then don't renew the contracts but I would renew the contracts for the staff.

and in answer to your dilemma might I suggest perhaps keep the decent players on as squad players at the very least? I mean that particular teams chemistry and morale will be sky high and will be very good together so it may be worth keeping a few of them round?

Good ponit tom - Didn't think about the moral been high and suppose i may upset some players by letting players and staff go.
To be honest with you I never thought of players morale if I let players and stuff go.
I think my next steps are going to be very important for next season so ill have to think very carfully. Its going to be a hard life in L1.
