hey lads, I'm really troubled by this goddamn error for some days now, and I simply can't launch my fm 21 because of it. I wonder if somebody could help me out?

This looks like a Windows problem not an application issue. You could try rolling back recent Windows Updates and then reinstalling them I guess.
