In game Scout not working, the (i) its doing the default behavior and not showing additional info

I have same problem.
I bought Genie a few years ago, and this function only worked at the beginning and since then I have some threads reporting that this function does not work.
I do several tests: Uninstalling antivirus, full screen, window, running as administrator, loading the game through the GS Button and not through quick access.
Nothing works.
