Installation not working / error 0x80070643

I cannot install FMSE 22 and i don't know why.
If some people wants to help me.

This is not an FMSE22 issue, it is a Windows Update issue. It could be any number of things. You can try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter. It might fix it. Failing that Google the error and there are plenty of people that give advice on how to fix it.
