FM 22g In game scout not working

For some reason i haven't been able to get the in game scout working. I've never had this issue before and don't remember having to change any settings on past games.

I have same problem.

I bought Genie a few years ago, and this function only worked at the beginning and since then I have some threads reporting that this function does not work.

I do several tests: Uninstalling antivirus, full screen, window, running as administrator, loading the game through the GS Button and not through quick access.

Nothing works.

The only thing that I noticed is that the map had changed and there were more than 3 people on the map. After that we tried to play again but it didn't work. We tried again and again, but nothing worked. I am not sure what happened but it seems like something is wrong with the server or something else.
