In this story I will try to manage a team from one of the Americas.
I have chosen Mexico, USA, Brazil and Uruguay all from the lowest leagues possible, with big database, and no added key staff. Approximate player count is 24000. Staring from January 2010.
Reason for chosen league is simple: I always wanted to managed some team from the Americas but I never did and I always played in Europe so playing outside Europe is somthing new to me.

All jobs were unsuccesful. What a shame I think it would be great if some of this teams would like offer me a contract but its not my fault that they didn't want offert me a job
Manger of Huracan del Paso has left the post so I applied for it. Huracan del Paso is Uruguayan team which play in Uruguayan Second Professional Division.
26th January:
Huracan del Paso apprach me. And I signed contracto with them.

As you can see in friendlies my team didn't performe good and lots of matches lost but I am still hoping that my team will be playing better in the season.
My aims:
My long-time aim is to win a Uruguayan title and peform well in Copa Libertadores. I am giving it about 8-9 seasons to do that but it could be longer.
My mid-long aim is to be promoted into Uruguay First Division and I think it will be taking about 3-5 seasons.
My short-long aim is to in 1st season to stay up in the Uruguayan Second Division.

Well good start of the season. 3 points out of 9 which in my opinion is good result for my team and I hoping that if they will be playing ok and have getting some points than they will avoid relogation.
I am pleased with win over Duranzo because I thought winning games with Huracan will stuggle to win any games this season and yet 1st game in the season my team won. Duranzo played better than my team and had more chances than my team and I thought my team will lose heavely but my team managed to win.
My team lost to Cerro but I am not upset about it beacue Cerro were playing a lot better than my team and Cerro is one of the teams which are predicted to get promoted so they are better team than mine and at least I am happy that they didn't lose more than 2 goals.
Juventud deserved to win in that game and they played a lot better than my team which is kinda upsetting that my team has lost 2nd game in the row but again my team is one of the team which are fighting for avoiding relogation so I think I will have used to losing because my team ain't very good team and they are playing against better teams.
League Table:
As you can see my team is currently in 10th position and I am have to say that I am pleased with that beacuse this place is saving my team from relogation.

I think its one of the worst months I ever had in my history. Not even single point in this month which I think is pretty awful because I don't believe my team is that bad to don't have any points against this teams which I played against.
I think my team played dreadfully against Plaza because they didn't have single shot at goal and that's pretty awful and I am really upset because of that game because it is second match in the row that my team have lost by 3 goals.
Well my team have lost again but I have to say Sud America played a lot better than my team and they really deserved to win that game but I thought my team could at least go away with a point from that game.
Well again my team didn't have a single shot on goal which I think is totally appalling and after that game I think I need to change tactic because this is my 5 lost game in the row so that's bad.

Well my team have at least some points after this 2 months which is good because this is 2nd game in which my team had any points and after match against Cerrito my team had only 2 points to 11th team which made me really happy beacuse I thoguht my team have really chances to not get realogated this season cuz there was only 2 points between me and 11th place which is quite small amount but I had to conside that my team didn't manage to get any points for 8 games in the row so if I would have wait another 8 games to get some points then I would probably get sacked.
As I change tactic's a little I see that my team imrpoved playing and that's great and I am happy with that.
Well I am kinda upset with losing to Deportivo because losing 4 goals in 1 game is for me kinda embaressing because that's a lot of goals to lose and only good thing is that my team managed to score a goal because lose a game by 4 goals is really bad result.
As you can all guess at most I am pleased about winning over Cerrito because they are one of the teams who are tipped for the promotion and my team managed to win over them and to win 1st game since opening game and after that game I was just really happy.

As you can see my team is just 3 points behind 11th place which I think is good thing and avoiding relogation is still achivable.

Well only 3 points out of 15 which means another awful 2 months and avoinding relogation is just getting immpossbile because my team is losing most of the games and 6 points in my opinion for my team is quite a large amount which is just pretty bad and I think I am going to be lucky if board ain't going to sack me before the end of the season.
My team could have gor more points if not that unlucky goal in 92th minute against Plaza and I think it was just unlucky that my team conceded goal so late in the game because compering o previous matches my team played better and overall compering the game at starting of the season and my team performance now is that my team is playing a lot beter know then used to playing at the beginning. My team results are better, now my team is losing by 1,2 goals and they used to losing like 3-0 or somthing like that so at least I am pleased that they currently are playing ok.
Its a shame that my team is at the bottom of the league and its really upseting for me that my team has 6 points less than 2nd team from the bottom and its just sucks that I will be just 1 season with this team.

Well in April I didn't get any points which is just bad.
Deportivo Maldonado played little bit better than my team so I am not wondering why my team have lost by only 1 goal but I am quite pleasd with my team's performance, maybe I didn't get any points which is upsetting but my team played quite well.
I think score against Rocha was kinda unfair but my team I think couldn't finish there chances so I think that why my team didn't have any points against Rocha. Both teams played on similar level and the same number of chances so I guess Rocha could finish chances.
Well its was a shame that my team have lost their 3rd match in the row in the month because my team didn't have any points since 26th Ferbuary when my team have won with Juventud which means that my team have lost 6th game in the row which is just awfull and in mach against Rentistas played quite well but againt they couldn't score more goals.
After game against Rentistas I find out that my team has been relogated and I have been sacked. I understand why and I think its a shame but I am think I was lucky that board didn't sacked me eaerlier.

When I just was thinking about quitting this save because no one wanted to give me a job, a miracle happend and I have been offert a job from Cerro Largo in Uruguayan Second Professional Division so I am going back to the league in which I was sacked from.
