What changes would you make to this tactic after getting promoted

My team is predicted to be relegated so some hints on how I can adapt to avoid this would be appreciated.

I would copy this tactic in the 2nd and 3rd slot with fluid counter attack and direct counter attack styles, with maybe a few tweaks to the player roles as you'll be playing better opposition I suspect.
