Any way to use the FM scout editor to edit registered players?

I messed up and didn't hit confirm after doing my Sep 1 registration deadline, and I was wondering if the editor could allow me to change who is registered?
I looked under player in the editor but didn't see anything indicating registration status that I could change.

Click on the portrait top left which will give you current player managers. Select your manger and then Allow Squad Registration Anytime.

Thanks, but I don't see any of that.
Are you talking about from the start screen or the home screen, not that it matters I suppose, because I don't see a portrait in the top left of either.

Ok, I see it now, just did it and will find out if it worked. Thanks man!

Ok, what folder does it save the changed file to?
I did the procedure and then hit save, and it isn't showing as updated in the games dir.

ETA Well it never did take effect in the game. I even did the continue and it still didn't work in registration.
I a sure I need to do something else, but the documentation is non existent for the editor.
