These attributes are not editable for staff members. I saw in an old forum post, made about a year ago, that these issues were brought up at that time also, as well as the 'Data Analysis' attributes not being editable. The post was replied to and supposedly the issue was brought up to the creator of the tool. I see that the 'Data Analysis' attributes are now editable, but the others: 'Negotiating' and 'Sports Science' attributes are still seemingly missing from the tool.
Also, there seems to be quite a few attributes in the tool for staff members that I don't understand the function of. Attribute trees such as 'Non-Tactical' with things like 'Buying Players' and 'Mind games,' etc. It would be nice to have some sort of description attached to these to help explain what they do or what they pertain to.
