GS 22g with picture error

Hello! Sorry for the pressure, but i always play FM with GS G edition, and i like very much to see the player picture in the GS.
I already installed the free edition, the G edition, but most of the players face doesent appears. Only a 3 gray face. Some players and staff appears correctly, but only 2% that i tested.

I already cleared the cache, unisltalled and instaled again. In the FM all pictures are ok. Can someone help?

I sill have installed the GS 21, can be this the reason? Can someone send me a print of the settings of you GS 22?
