„First of all i want to introduce you a little bit about me. I am a lifelong Roma supporter who's living in Austria. Beside the giallorossi i sympathize with Leeds and also Newcastle since the 90's. Because of this i will try to create something special here high up the North. I hope you ignore the fact that english isn't my native language and hopefully you can enjoy what i have to tell you. I know that in the past there where many stories from myself that doesn't count two or more posts. Let us hope that now is my turn to shine as Newcastle's too.“

Chapter 1 : First impressions
The magpies had to react in time to replace Eddie Howe who is step back from his responsibilities at the Geordie's club.
So, now i am here and i am very happy that the board only expects a top half finish this season. For sure it is not written in stone and we had to do all in our might because if we are to sloppy we definitely will fail.
Patrick Church:
It is massive to work harder then anybody else in pre-season to be ready on point at 6th of August when we meet Southampton. If we internalize this we can do great things nobody expect from us this season. But the truth is that many many teams in the Premier League are ahead of us despite all the money we get or even not.

A first look at the squad shows that there is some quality in our rows. With Alexander Isak and Elliot Anderson there are also two players which can go all the way to the top. It will be key that we bring out the best of our top players like Bruno Guimaraes, Alexander Isak, Allan Saint-Maximin, Kieran Trippier and Miggy Almiron.
Tactically we try to build on a solid Defence. I think a 4-3-3 shape and a lower block will help us with that. I am not sure how i will line up the flanks but tend to inverted players which i think brings out the best of Saint-Maximin and Almiron. I will take the first friendlies to evaluate if it works well for us or we should change to Wingers. At center i will try something new for me in lining up a Trequartista.
More tactical content had to come after the pre-season. Until then
Howay the lads!

Don't think anyone after his first couple of seasons would have thought Almiron would have been considered a key player, but I guess that shows his massive improvement over the last year. Good Luck!
