Is this game a joke ?

I was a FM2017 player and I bought this one.
However, IA seems so poor that it is just awful. Defender keeping the ball despite instructions and loosing it... Guys shooting from 25 metters despite the fact 2 players are just like alone...
When will SEGA work more seriously ?...
Really disappointing
