I've just start playing FM and I'm curious if there is a way to get your players to learn English? I have a signed a few players that don't speak ENglish and it says they are having a hard time communicating.
Either sign a player who speaks both their language and English, or just give them enough time - half a year for Basic knowledge, a year+ for better understanding.
It would have been nice to be able to pay and send your new foreign players to a language course =)

That actually sounds like a brilliant addidtion to the game for the future.
my ass. manager Rojas (chilean) wasn't able to speak one word of dutch, still after more than a year. 1 month after checking it's one of his spoken languages. he skipped one phase? 
thats one of the things that..and i hate to admit this..FIFA manager has up on football manager as you can build language schools to teach players how to talk any language

Good idea for fm2013 where you can give your players an education like english or coaching training etc..
