Just quickly want to know what the PR rating stands for in Genie Scout and what the values mean - it appears to be values between 4-7
PR = Progress Rate
This is a value ranging between 0-10 and is how quickly a players attributes/ability will increase
From memory the value is related to hidden attributes Ambition and Professionalism, will a little bit of Determination, but I can't really remember.
