Need some help with FM editor

So I would like to start using FM editor but i have some questions I cant find answears to so if somebody would be so kind and answaer some of them it would really be appreciated so here they come:

First of all how do I come up with a teams reputation and how do I choose their Saldo

I might have some more questions in the future but these are the ones I have for now.
