FMSE Swapping players

Hi,
When i swap players in FMSE live, the players just plays in two clubs.
Fx. I swap a Moukoko from frankfurt to west ham. He is now avalible in both teams, which means he is sometimes unavalible because he is playing a match for the other team.
Hope it makes sense, and someone can help me solve this problem!
