Player Faces not Displayed Correctly

I have an issue with 23g. Most of the player faces are not shown correctly. I am including images of a player with no issues and another with the bug. I am also including an in-game screenshot to show that the images work as expected there. I tried cleaning the graphics cache in 23g but it didn't help.

I am using the sortitoutsi face pack.
