FM Console tactics

Can anyone help with the tactics and how to download/any easy to use guides on how to set up tactics/best to use please?

Tried using one tactic seemed to really work on my first season and now losing every game.

Any help would be appreciated

You can't load a tactic in console version, you need to replicate it if you want to use it.

is the match engine the same on pc and console? by that I mean will a specific tactic work the same?
