It's a huge problem that issues with genie scout receives no support. Take a look at this forum, where most topics adressing genuine problems remain unanswered forever. It's baffling how terrible support this product has, as it's a paid project (yearly even). It would take someone literally 10 mins a day to adress any issue here. The FAQ is also minimal and confusing, e.g. in-game scout (IGS), has anyone ever found it to work? How is it even accessed? A this point you should be grateful to even have paying customers. 0/10.
