Football Manager is not found.

The error message I get when trying to load the game:
"Football Manager is not found. Please make sure you are using Football Manager 2023 23.0.1 and higher.
If you're sure and the problem persists, try to run FM Genie Scout with administrator rights."

My game , Football Manager, runs with latest version 23.3.0. Also trying to run FM Genie Scout with admin rights has no difference.
