Updated FM Scout this morning but still not working

Since no one seem to be talking about the same problem, I create this thread.

I have the paying version of FMScout and I made the update today, as soon as I saw Eugene email. But since then, FM Scout dont work and I see this bug message :

Is there ANOTHER fix coming ? Or is there a problem with me ?

It doesn't look like they actually released the update (or maybe they uploaded the wrong file). I just woke up, checked for an update, and it says that an update *is* available, but the version information, release date, build number, etc., are all the same as the last update in January.

Additionally, when I follow the link to download whatever package has been made available, I get an error from FM Scout saying downloading files from their server is reserved for members, even though I'm logged into the site.

So, the update I downloaded directly from FMScout was maybe wrong ? This is not really a cool situation ...

This happens every time there is an FM update. This program is garbage and only works 20% of the time. The updates from the team are extremely slow. I want my money back. I am asking for my money back right now.
