I installed the english and austria leagues database months ago, i installed the winter update now they say the need updated in the editor how do I do that
basically load it up into the editor again and save it and verify the nation rules

I've been looking for a long time and there is a very easy way.
1-Open the editor.
2-Rules menu;
3-Test the rules.
It's as simple as that.

I don't have the option in the editor to verify files. Strage not all files need to be verified to update.
I can't modify them with notepad it is encoded in other language.

Attributes for players and couches are not improving in fm 23 but they are decresing regardless of what training facilities you have and how you play them. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue and how to make attributes not to drop ? And I have a file “ remove injuries from the game ” but players still get injured.
Curent ability and potential ability are way to low, example: Dusan Vlahovic in my game has the potential of 70 and in fm 23 database he has the ability of 84, How to resolve this issue ?
I have downloaded the latest database but it is the same nothing changed PA is still 70.

That is pre-game editor he is talking about, It can be downloaded from steam for free. This editor is used to create, modify different types of databases/leagues.
I have downloaded Fm 23 editor from microsoft but it doesn't work.I get an error when trying to lunch the editor, I think they want me to sign up but I don't want to make an account
