I want a refund on FM Scout (never works several days after every update)

I bought the program and have not been able to use it 50% of the time due to the slowness of the updates. It breaks every time FM is updated and the team that is maintaining it is way too slow. I want a refund now. Everyone that wants a refund, please post in this thread.

What are you on about? It's known that the program is updated a day after the game update. You can survive a day without it.
