I've been approached by Chelsea (my favourite club). On one hand, I want the stars and the money, but on the other hand, my current club Leicester has so much potential and I want to see them grow. Which should I choose & why?

I would stick with Leicester mostly because I don't like to change teams in game. But it is your decision to make.
how about saving that game and make a copy of it.
then on one game u can stick to leicester and the other u can rule the bpl wif chelsea. hehe..:D

I would stick with Leicester. I've always found myself getting bored when I'm at the helm of top teams.
if it were real life i would say go to chealsea but in this case stick with Leicester.one day you can make them bigger than Chelsea.
I had the same problem but with preston and man u! MU wanted me to take over from Sir alex! But i said no! the manager they took on instead got the sack after 6 months. I want to see preston grow above them now!! good luck with ur choice!
I would do what you would do in real life - its meant to be a simulation if you was a real football manager. I started with a lower team but my aim is to be with a big club eventually and take them to the top.
I would stick in leicester, to grow yours and the club reputation, if that happens you shall be a world class manager and also the club.
I would pick Chelsea cause it's what you'll do irl. And more money hehehe
