Hi!
So, I've been a fan of Feyenoord all my life and nowadays we have quite a top manager, Arne Slot. Feyenoord plays two games a week and usualy managers rotate their players, but Slot manages to let a lot of players play every freaking game. The thing is, even with that in mind, all the players are more fit than other players from the opponent, which results in scoring a lot of times in the last minutes. It's even more impressing when you know that the team plays a very aggressive pressing on every position on the field. All players run back as one block, blocking the ability to pass and they also have one or two players run towards the player in possesion.
Now when I try something like that in FM, my players will be too tired to play that many games. Is there a way (probably in combination with some training form) to recreate this in FM?
- Let the majority of players play two games a week, without substituting them
- Still put a lot of pressure on the opponnent, all game long
- When in possesion of the ball, pass a lot of times in a small space, while always playing foreward
Does anybody have any ideas?
