U23s and U19s bugged

this has happened to me since fm22 but I never took the trouble to search.

I just can't choose a tactic for U23 and U19 to train and play, whenever I choose, advance one day and the tactic resets, now i cant even choose the tatic.
Does anyone know what to do?
