Every time I try loading a game, it happens. I have the newest versions for both the game and FM Genie Scout. Any ideas why?
We've sorted this on chat, but I'll post a reply here in case others have a similar issue.
There are a couple of possible reasons that can trigger this error.
The most common one is if you don't have FM open with your save loaded in it.
Another scenario is if you don't own an original version of the game.
Lastly, there's a chance your antivirus prevents the GS proxy from reading data. It's recommended to exclude GS from your antivirus range, just in case.
In the rare scenario where the problem persists, you might need to quit and reopen FM and GS, or restart your computer entirely.

Hi, I have restarted the PC and made sure that 23g is up to date and also, it was working fine yesterday. Then this evening I get this error, and have no idea what it is...FM is not supported, Football manager 2023 23.4.0+1809861
There has been a Football Manager game update - this is not the issue that Stam mentions above (see my screenshot). Hopefully Genie Scout new version will be out soon?

Been having the same problem, game loaded through Xbox GamePass but the genie doesn't recognize it and says "Football Manager is not found".
