increasing staff salary?

Is there a way way to increase staff salary?

You can ask your board to increase your wage budget and I've done that several succesfuly several times, but this doesn't increase your staff max wages by even a penny...

Can anyone help me out or are these related to the division you're in?

I think you can't increase staff salary. When your time have high transfer and wage budget then you can offer more for staff.

An idea for FM12??

its stupid, i can understand the limitations when ur in lower leagues and with shit finances. but even if your in the top league and have stable and good finances u can still have a very low limit for coach salaries. which is stupid. burn FM tbh.

you can always use FMRTE to increase your wage to millions until u signed the coaches.

but usually if u give it an extra minute u can often find the coaches u need for the low salary.

yeh true that, but tbh when ur so down the leagues i think you can forget coaches for the moment.
