Director of football offered youth player £275k per week

I gave some responsibility for renewing youth contracts to my director of football. He signed up a really poor youth player on 275k per week. Now all my players want increased salaries and my wage budget is being destroyed. The youth player will not leave and still has 2 years left on his contract. Other than terminating the deal for around 30m is there anything I can do? It's ruining my save

hi. dont normally suggest it, but will in this instance as i feel your pain. have you got the option to use in game editor. simply move him to another club. dont use dir of football, they aint all they are cracked up to be. have used one myself previously, and kept getting message can not agree deal. i find they are useless.

If it makes it any worse the kid is a 1 star and 3 star potential and doesn't have a technical attribute over 8 as well.....

I don't actually have the editor but do you think that's the only potential way? I've tried to sneak him into swap deals with high wage clubs but surprise surprise he is never able to agree terms with the other team
