Genie keeps crashing and hanging

Hello.
My Genie Scout freezes and stops responding every few seconds. I don't know what could be the cause. I have disabled all background programs. Nothing helped. In the video you can see what it looks like.

OK. I got it. Problem was in Wallpaper Engine. I set it to turn off when game is on but when I Alt-Tab to Genie it turned on and off again when i got bak to FM wich caused the problem. When i shut it down completly the problem is gone.
