Starting the coaching career as a coach of the U18/U21 youth teams and also the possibility of being employed as a second coach.
I find that these possibilities would give a "depth" to the game and be responsive to real coaching careers
better and more difficult AI.. only

Talk to players in more detail and more convincing about your plans and ambitions to get promoted (all the way to premier league) to give some assurance that they will get to play in the "big leagues" one day.
Scenario: I'm currently playing Barnet, started in Vanarama National and got promoted to League two. I managed to get some decent players and some hot prospects. Now bigger teams, such as Blackburn, Fulham, Norwich are trying to buy them and of course this a great offer for my talents. I wish there was some more detailed options when chatting to a player to talk to them about your ongoing "project".
I gave a promise to one of my guys that I would buy better players in the next window, to keep him from going to Norwich. This is not ideal haha.
[the main thing i think is the feature that needs the most upgrade is pressing. Ypu should be able to play a different formation when pressing, than when having possesion. All teams from academy to pros uses different press then when having posession

More dynamic club reputation. If you've won UCL 3 times in 5 years with Schalke that means players dont ask to leave to play for a bigger club.
1)More options for managing the economy (sponsors, debt management, investments, etc.);
2)More realistic transfers;
3)Dynamic tactics (depending on whether or not you have possession of the ball);
4)Improvement in the planning of set-pieces;
5)Increased difficulty in the game (it is not very realistic to take any club in the third division and be playing the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League in three seasons).
