I was wondering, te=wo questions -

can a players potential ability change?

the PoD (Potential of Development?) - is this fixed or can it change?
what would be considered a good PoD?

A players potential ability can definitely change.

I really haven't paid much attention to this aspect and don't really think it matters.

PA doesn't change. It remains fixed once the savegame has started. Only CA changes.

PoD is an informed guess about the likeliness of the player reaching his full potential. It depends on certain attributes, so it can change when these attributes increase or decrease.

Ah yes. I was thinking Potential Rating as opposed to PA.
