League Coefficient Problem

Lower leagues kept making to the top of the leagues and coefficient is 0 for previous seasons. Any solution to it? if not, can in game editor change it?thanks

I have the same problem in my save but I realized after 7 season..In my case, I think, is a problem of a Editor Data file. I hope that i can fix without restarting my carrer.

I also want to know how to fix it.
