FIXED => FM 23 I can't compliment players on their training anymore

Not native English, sorry for errors in grammar and spelling.

Every week I get an email (as requested in my staf responsability's) with a training report. I allways had a button to compliment players, or commend on bad training. The button is gone. Further more, even if I go to an individual player en try to start a conversation, I can no longer talk about their training anymore

Does anyone have a solution?

Well, I fixed it. Aperently, when you ask you assistant to provide "player reports" the button is gone, however when I asked my Head of youth development, the button came back... Don't have a clue why...
