i do not have access to the beta, the game won't download even after resetting steam. no code has been emailed by fanatical whom I purchased it from.this is becoming very frustrated because I wish to play the game.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing you can do, without the steam code.
Try this:
-Go to Steam settings
-Click downloads
-Find clear cache
Your steam should be restarting and beta should be available now. It worked for me. Hope it works.
You need to redeem the activation code on Steam before the game can appear in your library. If you haven't received such a code, you should reach out to where you purchased the game from.
I bought it from here but have not been sent a steam code and can't see it in my library. Can you help please
Guys beta isn't working from me too... i bought fm24 from fmscout,i activated the product,i downloaded all night long the game and when it was ready i press the start button and says non valid platform... Why is this happening this year..? I've been playing the game since 2004 and this is the first time that happens something like this...
I had the same problem. Change your VPN to a country in Europe, Close down and restart your system.
