Swapping staff positions

I want to move some of the current staff to other positions and didn't see a way to do it in FM24. Example: I have too many senior staff physios and want to move some to the youth teams (under 21 and under 18). Is there a way or do I have to terminate contracts and rehire (or hire new people) to fill the desired youth positions?

You have to renew contract and choose the role in contract negotiations. Most likely will reject it, because it is higher level of your club, would means a downgrade for them. Having good amount of fitness coaches (eg. 6) is not a bad idea from the other hand.
