FM editor league changes

Hope this is the right place to ask.

Anyways, creating a new Scottish league system atm something along the lines of

Premier (16 teams)
1st (16)
2nd (16)
3rd (north,west,south,east divisions)
4th regional groups

and was wondering what are realistic prize monies for each division and for the premier a realistic TV money amount?

Also what does the secondary divisions option in the editor stand for?
