Hi all,
Playing an online save with my friend who is Crystal Palace (I'm Brentford)
We are heading into our 3rd season, and they have just got Olise to sign a new contract in June, but it hasn't actually started yet as it's still June, but it has been signed. Usually when trying to buy them after that, it would say this player has just signed a new contract blah blah. But spurs manage to take them from him during the window of it being signed and actually starting, using the minimum release of £35m. Is this something to do with the laws of minimum release? Why would it not say to them that he has just signed a new contract?
I cannot find much on this issue or the specifics of minimum release clauses regarding this, any help/explanation appreciated
Thx for reading
