Selling players is broken and impossible

They haven’t made it better or easier to sell players whatsoever.
10 years in with a Chelsea save, I have 20 players I want to sell for various reasons, they are all very good players, nothing.
Offered paying wages, I get bids if 250k for a 80million player!
One players contract ran out as nobody wanted to buy him for 3 years.
Then the ultimate, proof it’s broken

I also play for Chelsea and I don't have such problems, and if you are talking about selling the players that Chelsea currently has, many of them may not receive offers because they have high weekly wages, and the clubs immediately know that they cannot meet the financial requirements and do not submit offers.
