Stadium for reserve and young team

Hi i started to play with the team from low league in Poland so i had just one stadium at start, but now i am at the first division and i was close last time to won UCL. The problem is that my first team play on the 40k places stadium and my reserve team from 4th division played there too. Is there a way to change it?

I am afraid, not possible. That is a board thing.
