Young Player in Japan

Hi guys...one question!
Is the management of youth teams different in Japan?
Because I have some problems to have club trained players.
Here two examples...

Higuchi
With me from 2023, more than 3 years in my club but it doesn't appear as club trained




Suzuki
In the team selection he is from the club but in his elegibility there isn't the club...why?!
