Genie Scout showing 'corrupted' images

I've been happily playing FM19 and using GS19g for ages now

I downloaded the sortitoutsi faces megapack and saved this into the documents/graphics folder of my FM19 game.

Since then, faces don't show in genie scout normally, instead there's a weird, blurred three-face black and white face image.

I've seen post about this issue a few times across the forum.

anyone have a fix please?

so i got FM24, and paid for Genie Scout 24g. and downloaded the 2024 faces megapack.

and genie scout is still showing corrupted images. it's the right player but the image is all distorted and 3 images compressed together.

really annoying.

does anyone have a fix or workaround please?
