I've noticed regardless of the Club / league that if i want to add a coach or Assistant manager
they demand Wages that is 3 times over the budget 9 times out of 10 so i am resigned to buying inexperienced and rubbish coaches i really wanted to get Alan Shearer as Assistant Manager my Max wages was 30 k to sign him an he demanded 65 k!
Anybody else getting this?
Well I think if you are playing in low leagues you have to used to that you have to sign crappy coaches.
I am using Birmingham City in the EPL lol
should be capable of signing shearer as my assistant manager
nah..shearer is a manager, and a pretty decent one on fm, and often ends up managing a pretty good epl team. So of course he wants huge wages to be the ass. man at bham. I tried to get arsene wenger to be the assistant manager at arsenal and he wanted 120k/week.
Try getting valter di salvo, or any one of the england guys (baldini, neri, eastick) they are usually easy.
It's all linked to their reputation.
So the higher their 'rep' then the more they will demand
65k for an assistant manager? I usually manage to get good assistant managers for less than 10k, you should try lowering the wage to about 60% of the original demand.
Yeah i do the lowering of the wages an they normally accept but then reject the offer if you understand?
I got ray clemence as my goalkeeping coach what is quality
Just to renew this thread...
Yesterday I was playing with a Hungarian team (rep 5000) and signed Emmanuel Sani (rep: 2000 - 17 yrs old talent). He has Ł2/week salary at My People (Nigeria). So at Hungary he was asking 400 and accepted Ł150/week.
Now I'm playing with sc Heerveen (rep 6650) and Sani is asking for Ł6000/week and he accepted Ł2300/w...
All the young talnents are asking for ridicolous wages when I'm with Heerenveen.
Why? What can I do???
