Applying for jobs (national)

Hey everyone
Im new on the website so sorry if i post in wron section!

Iv been playing fm2011 since it came out and every save i notice national under 21's- 20's jobs becoming availible,

Can you get appointed there? because out of prob more than 100times i never get appointed!
Has anyone else got the job of such... eg (england manager under 20's) ?

on earlier versions you could apply but for example on FM10 there was some bug that is fixed later with patch.

I don't think you can apply for U21 jobs in FM11, can you?

No I don't think you can at least I couldn't apply. I think you can only get offert this job.

Hey guys noticed soem asking if its possible too.

On my last big save i found it is possible i got appointed England under 20's manager
Guess its hard to be appointed depending on the national coach to accept you or not lol

Steve bruce appointed me after all the others like cappello, harry redknapp all saying "HELL NO" lol

i thought your only option to manage an under 20's team was to aplly as manager of the 1st team, and then choose the option "control under 20's team"!

As lee24utd said you could be appointed as U20's manager by first team manager.
