Formation training

I have a a problem modifiying training! My problem relates to the same core problem

1. When going to "match preparation" it is default on 30 pct. and "defensive focus". I can move the bar and change focus - when going back to the screen again it is on the same deafult - so nothing has changed

2. Can I change "match preparation" individually for each player - I can't seem to find a way to do that on training for each player!

Hope some of u can help me on this

you've probably set your asistant to take care of match preparation
