Why do u even wannabe a chairman anywayss?
In fm it's only possible to be a manager.
Or some kind of a 'assistent manager' in the form of a manager in -23 for a national team.

There are ways to 'unofficially' play the role of 'Chairman' or 'Managing Director'
To play as the Managing Director you could try something like this:
Not being able to touch anything except for tactics. leaving it up to your Assistant Manager, so your really, you career is riding on him.
Also you could set your assistant to take your conferences and team talks.
And finally go on holiday for every game and leave the line up and tactics up to your assistant.
The main role for you would be the signing and selling of players?
This a good idea or not anyone?
