Past Experince: Sunday League Footballer.
Some may say that Chairman of Bovista Futbol Clube - SAD Alvaro Braga Junior made huge mistake appointing an unproven young new manager but time will tell us if this manager will pay off to the Boavista fans and their chairman. It will be kinda hard challenge for unexperienced manager because he have only 30 games to show his skills and qualify Boavista for playoffs and probably get them promoted into the Liga Orangina. As first think as he come to the clube he saw that he would need only 1 player which was left winger and it would be hard for him because he dosn't have any transfer budget and only 14K$ per week of wage budget but it is still possible.
Second of all he have created a tactic which was: 4-4-2
Philosophy:Fluid
Starting Strategy:Attacking
Passing Style:More Direct
Creative Freedom:More Disciplined
Closing Down: Default
Tackling: Default
Marking: Zonal Marking
Crossing: Float Crossing
Roaming: Stick to position
Defensive Line: Deep
Width: Wide
Tempo: Quick
Time Wasting: Rarely
Focus Passing:Mixed
Counter Attack: Yes
Play Offisde: Yes
Third thing is that he have set up a training for every position on the pitch for full time players and for youth players.
Fourth new manager have been looking for new left wingers in the player search and he has found two players on free transfer: Brazilian Lula and Frenchmen Patrick Vaz.

History:
Internally, Boavista grew from a minor team in the 1970s to a regular fixture in Europe. Their first "threat" to the league title domination by The Big Three was in 1975–76 under the guidance of José Maria Pedroto, when Boavista finished second, achieving the same position again in 1998–99. Finally, in 2000–01, Boavista won the Liga after beating Desportivo das Aves 3–0, on 18 May. The following season saw them finish second to Sporting Clube de Portugal.
In Europe, Boavista have achieved some success, and are referred to as 'the club with the strange shirts'. The highlight was their brilliant UEFA Cup run in 2002–03, when they were knocked out by Celtic in the semi-finals, just one match from what could have been an all-Portuguese and indeed all-Porto final, with FC Porto ultimately lifting the trophy. Boavista has enjoyed several other high points in the same competition, including the elimination of Atlético Madrid 5–4 in the first round in 1981–82. In 1986–87, Boavista beat Fiorentina but lost to Rangers in a tense second round match at Ibrox Stadium. In 1991–92, they knocked out Internazionale 2–1 in the first round and, two seasons later, made it to the quarter-finals after knocking out Greek outfit OFI Crete and Lazio of Italy.
22nd June 2010:
New manager of Boavista have meet the media for the first time.
Alfonso Rodrigues:" What would you say is tactical approach to the game?"
Macdab55:" Football is about enetrtaiment and that is what I promise the Boavista Fans."
Aims:
My long aim is to win Portugese First Division for 2nd time for Boavista which in my opinion it should take about 7-8 seasons.
My short aim is to get promoted to Liga Orangina in 1st season.
